Sharina Bansal

Sharina Bansal is the founder of Inarsha Enterprises and a multidisciplinary transformation leader who connects business strategy, commercial and financial judgement, technology, programme delivery and organisational change.

Across a career spanning more than 15 years, Sharina has worked in government, financial services, insurance, healthcare, logistics, technology and consulting. Her experience across Canada, the United States, and India has shaped her ability to navigate different markets, organisational cultures and complex operating environments.

Sharina has led enterprise initiatives involving AI adoption, CRM and enterprise platforms, SaaS governance, infrastructure modernisation, data and integrations, operational improvement and strategic change. Her experience includes leading a global, multi-workstream Salesforce transformation with a multidisciplinary team of more than 35 people. Working closely with executives, business functions, technology teams and specialist partners, she brings structure to complexity and connects strategic intent with the realities of execution.

She founded Inarsha after seeing organisations repeatedly encounter gaps between strategy, technology, delivery and adoption. These disciplines were often managed as separate efforts, leaving leaders to navigate the dependencies between them. In other cases, programmes continued consuming investment and organisational capacity even when their assumptions, priorities or direction needed to be reconsidered.

Inarsha was created to provide an integrated, problem-led response. Rather than beginning with a predetermined solution, the firm first identifies what is truly constraining progress—and then helps organisations define and mobilise the right transformation, lead it through delivery or recover an initiative that has lost momentum.

Sharina’s leadership is grounded in adaptability. She has built a cross-disciplinary career through changing industries, markets and countries, continually learning and finding practical routes forward. She brings the same resilience, curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions to every engagement.

Sharina holds an MBA in Management of Technology, along with PMP and PMI-CPMAI credentials. Her broader qualifications span agile delivery, product ownership, enterprise platforms and financial analysis.
